Michala has over 17 years of experience in corporate tax advisory. She specializes primarily in corporate income tax, with a focus on corporate restructurings and international taxation. From 2008 to 2012, she worked at Ernst & Young, and from 2012 to 2020 at PricewaterhouseCoopers Czech Republic, most recently holding a management role focused on international taxation, M&A, corporate demergers, and holding structure taxation. She is a certified tax advisor.
