Fourteen years ago, he founded the School of Improvisation, where over 1,900 people have learned to handle unexpected situations with composure and courage. He does not view improvisation there as a form of theater, but rather as a skill for life and work that can be trained. He has brought this same approach to the corporate world through the *Stay Adaptive* project, which unites leaders and teams around a single question: how to navigate change while ensuring that people maintain their belief and continue to try new things.
He serves as a long-term partner to companies, focusing on practical, experiential development. Whether a company is undergoing a shift in strategy, structure, or a generational change in leadership, he helps ensure that employees do not lose their way during the adaptation process.
